I am presently working with nylon and, although it prints reasonably at 235°C, I would like to raise the extruder temperature to 240-245°C. The extruder max. temperature setting on the LCD is 235°C and increasing it on the LCD does not seem possible. I notice that in the Marlin file #define HEATER_0_MAXTEMP is 250°C. The printer and my computer are on separate floors of the house so I would like to change the max temp setting manually on the LCD, if that is at all possible. Is re-loading the Marlin file the only way to change the extruder max temperature?
